Who I am
Andrea Prosperi is an entrepreneur, a reference point for those who decide to improve their company, their organization in all those areas where they feel the desire and the need to overcome all limits and achieve maximum performance.
Andrea Prosperi began his training in business innovation at an early age and today, he contributes daily in various parts of the world to train and plan with multiple people for their personal and professional goals.
Owner and founding partner of multiple companies, each a leader and innovator in their respective fields such as the personal and professional training sector, the insurance finance sector, the health care sector by devising a general Mutual Aid Society, the investment sector and the restaurant sector with an innovative “business bar” franchise idea.

“I have always wanted the best, ever since I was a child I have always felt within myself an extraordinary energy that pushed me to do more, until one day I realized that my real mission was not to do the best for myself but to use my energy to help others be better people, inspiring and motivating them to achieve new goals, in short to contribute to a common excellence.
Coming of age, facing the world of business I was looking from the very beginning for a business that could fulfill what my life values are. Then, I start at a very young age to work in a major corporation in distribution and training in the insurance-financial sector.
In the course of my experience having always set great professional and personal goals, I develop an endless love for the world of education. Passion this also grew out of attending training courses with great leaders internationally.
In the following years, my activity in the professional world continued to grow to the point where I became the architect of new innovative projects and leading companies in the insurance, financial and investment sectors.”
After dominating the national scene, founding and devising more than 10 successful companies, training more than 1 million people through his live events and social channels, and ending up on major newspapers such as sole24ore, television networks such as rai2 and and radio stations such as radioitalia, today, the Founder has decided to create a new reality, the first in the panorama of training and consulting for pragmatism and innovation.
A reality that, thanks to the knowledge and experience gained over the years, will be able to help and support people in their personal and professional growth.
